  • Leave your details in our AI chat assistant

7. AI Chat Assistant

Our website offers an AI chat assistant that answers questions about ROOTID using only the published content of this site. If you use it, the following applies:

  • Your messages. The questions you type and the assistant’s replies are sent to a service we operate on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Answers are generated by a large language model running on Cloudflare Workers AI. Please do not enter sensitive personal information or confidential material into the chat.
  • Bot protection. Before a conversation starts, an invisible Cloudflare Turnstile check runs to confirm you are not an automated client. Your IP address is also used to apply a rate limit.
  • Conversation storage. The conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage so it survives a page reload. It is cleared when you close the tab. We do not store chat transcripts on our servers.
  • Contact details. If you choose to leave your name, email address and an optional message so we can get back to you, those details are stored in our database hosted on Cloudflare and are treated exactly like an enquiry sent through any other form on this site.
  • Training. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Google Tag Manager/Analytics: For website analytics (with your consent)
  • Calendly: For appointment scheduling functionality
  • Cloudflare: For website hosting, security and performance, and for running the AI chat assistant described in section 7
  • Social Media Platforms: When you choose to share content

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
